Please join us at the Initiative’s federal employee conference to learn about innovative ways to better serve communities through your work, including how to leverage employee groups, offer inclusive grant opportunities, and expand language access in federal programs.

Participants will learn about opportunities to get involved in the work of the Initiative, hear about Administration priorities for AAPI communities, and discuss the needs of the Asian American Pacific Islander federal employees, who make up 5.6% of the federal workforce.

The conference will also provide time for close interaction with AAPI federal leaders to gain insight into being effective federal employees.
