The Federal Conference on Diversity has openings for conference volunteers,
additional speakers, presentations or workshops and opportunities for participants to present info regarding diversity programs in their organizations.

National Institutes of Health (NIH) is a federal site.  All Visitors must check in at the Visitors' Gateway Center.   Allow for extra time for security.   We strongly recommend that you use the METRO: Red Line Medical Center stop.  The Visitors' Gateway Center is to immediate left of the Metro stop.  The NIH Natcher Conference Center is in building 45, toward the bottom right of the campus map, approx 3 blocks walk from the Metro stop.  You can also take an NIH Shuttle bus. Please allow 15-20 minutes if using the Shuttle since it circles the NIH campus before stopping at Natcher Conference Center Bldg 45. 
 
Visitor parking is very limited, but available for a fee.

Mark Williams is well known as an engaging, dynamic educator who blends his expertise in diversity, organizational development and cross-cultural understanding with music, video and other multimedia elements. His award-winning multimedia products are actively used in the diversity and community initiatives of organizations, such as Bank of America, Coca Cola, Georgia Pacific, and State Farm, the National Conference of Mayors, The National Education Association, Channel One and the American Urban Radio Network. His inspirational composition “One Song, Many Voices,” is the official theme song of the United Nations International Day of Tolerance, and has been translated into six languages by Warner Music.  He serves as Chairman of the One Song, Many Voices Foundation, and was honored with the Friends of the United Nations Global Tolerance Award in 1998 for his work promoting tolerance and cultural understanding around the globe through music and education.
 
Mark Williams is a bestselling author, dynamic speaker and experienced consultant and educator. Sharon is a member of several professional organizations including the Society for Human Resources Management, Federally Employed Women (FEW), American Society for Training and Development, The Chamber of Commerce and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.   In addition, she is an active member of Heritage Fellowship; a volunteer for Good Shepherd Alliance (Loudoun County) and Reston Interfaith; and is the founder of the Fitzpatrick Group Foundation that serves homeless and displaced community members in Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. metro area.
