Fees:
$110 per person or $800 for
corporate sponsorship (four playersand signage) which includes green fees, cart, prizes and dinner,

Format:
Four-person scramble, with opportunities to participate in individual competitions, including
longest drive, closest to the pin, and other contests.

Registration:
Registration from 11:45am-12:45pm
with shotgun start at 1:00pm.

Cookout and Awards Ceremony:
After golf at the clubhouse enjoy a cookout and Hawaiian entertainment.
Aloha attire encouraged during play (collared shirt).
All entries must be accompanied by full payment. If possible, please enter as a foursome. Singles will be teamed up.

Please submit entries by June 15, 2012.

Sponsorship or Donations:
We are accepting monetary or prize donations. You may also sponsor a hole that will include corporate signage.
