The National Conference Center (NCC) is this year’s host to the 39th National Training Program (NLTP) 2024. It is an expansive campus that is set on 39 scenic acres with 265,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, 917 guest rooms, and a large ballroom. It serves as a premier training campus facility, not a hotel, to allow guests to focus on learning, engagement, collaboration, and networking.

- Room Reservation deadline: April 22, 2024 or when the room block is full (whichever comes first.)
- Room Rate: $116/room/night - Each room reservation would need to be guaranteed with a credit card verified at check-in. Additional guest fee is $99 per night.
- Arrival Date: May 6, 2024 (Group rate start)
- Departure Date: May 10, 2024 (Group rate end)
- Check-in: 5:00 p.m. Checkout: 12:00 p.m.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a fee equal to one (1) night room and tax.

- Ample desk space with ergonomic chair for work or study

- These rooms feature full hotel amenities and a private bathroom.
- A number of our standard guestrooms are fully ADA compliant.
- NOTE: NCC is a non-smoking facility. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.

Dining Hall
The Dining Hall is located in the North Building and is a 5-minute walk from the NLTP site (West Belmont). Follow signs to the dining hall using the indoor or outdoor walkways.
In-house/Overnight guests: Your overnight room accommodations include breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Dining Hall. One-day or off-site Guests may purchase a meal ticket at the Front Desk for access to the Dining Hall.
Dining Hall Hours:

- Dinner - 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
The Black Olive Bar
Located in The National Conference Center, this area provides an opportunity for attendees to gather and continue the conversations with fellow attendees. At Black Olive, you can catch the game on the big screen, shoot pool, play darts, enjoy evening entertainment, or simply visit for a Happy Hour cocktail.
