Jane serves as the 1st VP of Financial Management (10/1/2018-9/30/2020) at the FAPAC National Board.
Jane is a FAPAC lifetime member, and has served as the VP of FAPAC-PBGC and at the FAPAC-NLTP planning committee since 2016. She currently serves as a member on the Finance and Budget Committee at Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM), as the President of Chiao-Tung University Alumni Association in America DC chapter, and in the past, as the Treasurer at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJ) Partnership Fund. Other community services include the church choir, MIT Parent Connector, and Taichi teacher volunteer for over 10 years, and the past Odyssey of the Mind head coach at Nysmith.
Jane holds an MBA from the University of California, Riverside, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP). She has extensive investment and financial management experiences from the private sector (notably Goldman Sachs Asset Management, World Bank Pension Investment, Wilshire Asset Allocation and Risk Control, and Columbia Energy Group Strategic Planning), and now with Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) as Valuation Specialist on hard-to-value pension investments.
