Bio: I was born in Bombay, India and I was adopted at the age of 2 and have been in the United States Ever Since! Started in Fargo, went to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Minneapolis, then back to west Fargo.
I was Featured on ESPN because we won Nationals my Senior Year of High School for High Kick in 2005 for Dance Team. I graduated from NDSU with a BS degree in Human Development Family Life Science with a Minor in Gerontology 2010. Pharmacy Technician 2012. Most Recently MS degree in Gerontology Aug 2016.
I have a huge passion for fitness and healthy way of life. I have personal training education and Certified Group Fitness through National Exercise Trainers Association. I teach at a local Gym, Indoor Cycling also known as Spin Class, Zumba and Dance Fitness, Freestyle Barre (combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet). In the perfect weather spring, summer early Fall, I love to Jog/Fast pace walk and do 5k and 10K races. I have done one half marathon.
I loved to Volunteer and Give back to the community when I can. I used to volunteer for Hospice but now donate my time to CFC in the VA and do random acts of kindness. I am on the Fargo VA Federal Credit Union Board Member. I am the Secretary. I am also a Kappa Delta Alum! Go Greek! I received the Kappa Delta Alum Award in 2009. I also was featured on the Hospice Website. I received the Guardian Angel Pin/Award at Meritcare/Sanford 2010. I was also on local TV in 2015 for physical fitness and New Year's Resolution at my local gym Jan 1st, 2015.
I'd do anything to go back to my wedding day-my dad passed from Pancreatic Cancer Stage 4 in Nov of 2008. We planned our Wedding in 6 months and I know he is looking from above and proud of his daughter and my mom.
I reside in West Fargo, ND with my Husband, two dogs, and Beckett who was 5 in September. I LOVE LIFE.
