Ms. Adrian is currently serving as the President, starting 1 Oct 2016 ending 30 Sep 2020. Previously, she served as the FAPAC Vice President from 1 Oct 2014 to 30 Sep 2016; Vice President for Committees, from 1 Oct 2010 to 30 Sep 2014. She has been a member of the FAPAC Executive Board since 2005 as Committee Chairs and Lifetime Member. Prior to joining the FAPAC, Olivia Adrian was the winner of the Excellence Leadership Award presented in San Francisco, National Conference in 2004. Previously, she was appointed as a Special Emphasis Program Manager (as other duties) for the Asian Pacific Islander Americans, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida from 2002-2005. She managed and led the yearly celebration of the APIA during the month of May with exceptional success each year that resulted in recognition of Exemplary Service Medal and Notable Achievement awards from the Base Commander. She was also appointed as the Special Assistant Leader to the Philippine Consulate Ambassador to the US, Northwest Florida 2002-2004. Ms Adrian is an acquisition professional, previously a Contracting Officer with unlimited warrant, Certified Level 3 in both Contracting and Program Management, a supervisory program manager, and previously Chief of Contract Support Section for the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Office of Offshore Regulatory Programs that is responsible for regulatory, safety, environmental and conservation compliance for the development of the nation’s offshore oil and gas resources. Olivia is also one of the Department’s Certified Diversity Change Agents as other duties.
