Public Short Bio
I am the Special Emphasis Program Manager for the Asian American / Pacific Islander Employment Program with the Columbia (SC) VA Health Care System. In my SEPM role, I work to design and implement strategies to identify potential employment barriers in the areas of recruitment, hiring, promotion, career development and retention affecting the full participation of all race, ethnicity, and gender groups in VA's workforce, including AAPIs.
Additionally, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have the privilege of working with justice-involved Veterans.
In the time I make free, I enjoy crafting, reading, horror movies and public service.
