About the trainer:

Mona Shah-Joshi, Director of the Art of Living Foundation in Georgia, has been teaching Art of Living Yoga and Stress Management courses since 1994. She is a highly regarded lecturer and instructor on life management, human values, and issues relating to harmony and diversity.

The Art of Living Foundation is one of the world’s largest volunteer based organization with centers in 152 countries. Founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1982, the multi-faceted foundation is engaged in diverse initiatives aimed at uplifting humanity by bringing peace at the level of the individual, society, nation and the world as a whole. The Art of Living Foundation offers stress-elimination programs which include breathing techniques, meditation and yoga.
