MR. ED BUJAN
Mr. Ed Bujan is the Chief, Force Renewal Programs, Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. Force Renewal ensures 19 Civilian Career Fields are provided the necessary recruiting support and program oversight to attract the best and brightest candidates to fill summer and extended internship positions with the United States Air Force and the United States Space Force. Mr. Bujan is responsible for the execution of several programs to include the Premier College Intern Program (PCIP), the Palace Acquire Program (PAQ)/Copper Cap (COP), and the DRIVE Program.
Mr. Bujan enlisted in the Air Force in 1982 and has served over 40 years as an Enlisted Airman, Civilian Contractor, and Civilian Government Employee. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bujan was the Force Renewal Lead, Scientist & Engineer Career Field. He was responsible for the effective management and execution of Career Programs attracting over 500 young civilians to the Air Force each year.
