COURSE NAME:  Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) Workshop
 
COURSE DATE:  Thursday, July 19, 1-2:30 p.m.
 
TARGET AUDIENCE:  The course is for GS-15s and GS-14s or persons in an equivalent pay band who are interested in applying for the Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program or positions in the Senior Executive Service
 
Class size is limited to 60 participants in person.  The course will also be available via online webinar.  Registration is on a first-come first-served basis.  To register for the class, please send an email to Wanda Bryant at wanda.bryant@dm.usda.gov.  Indicate whether you want to participate in the classroom session or in the webinar.  Registration closes on July 17th.  Employees whose registration information is received after the class is filled will be placed on a wait list.

Objective:  Upon completion of this course, attendees will understand the:
 
(1) OPM SES selection and approval process,
(2) Executive Core Competencies - how to gain them and write about them
