2024 Open Season FEP Benefits Overview

The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association will be presenting an overview of the 2024 Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan medical benefits and our self-service member engagement tools available through our website fepblue.org and our mobile app.

Open Season for federal employees is November 13th through December 11th.  Join us this Open Season to learn more about the BCBS FEP medical benefits, updates and changes to our three medical plan options.  There will be time to get your benefit questions answered.

Dara Charbonnet is the Senior Plan Manager with the Federal Employee Program at the BlueCross BlueShield Association in Washington, DC.  She has been with the Association for 9 years.  Part of Dara’s responsibilities include Field Service strategic planning and providing support to Plans with efforts to achieve acquisition and retention goals.  She also helps to develop and execute Plan Training Seminars and Open Season Training.  Dara thrives on providing Plans with Open Season Field assistance to keep federal employees and especially our FEP members knowledgeable about the Federal Employee Program.
