The FAPAC is proud to present its 37th National Leadership Training Program (NLTP)! The NLTP is a premier training destination for Federal employees, including DC government, and military. The NLTP is designed to provide training in leadership, diversity, inclusion, career advancement, and management. The Virtual NLTP is hosted on Cvent platform.

Q. What is the theme?

The Theme for the observance of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month in May 2022 is "Advancing Leaders Through Collaboration".  This year's theme is the second of our "Advancing Leaders" theme campaign and focuses on diversity, inclusion, and leadership to advance the AANHPI community.

Q. Where is the NLTP this year?

The 2022 NLTP will be held virtually.  

Q. How do I register? 

Registration is open online to anyone. You do NOT need to be a member or a federal employee to register.  A confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email address for your record.  Please enter all information as it should appear on your name badge.

Students and Veterans can attend the Student and Veteran Workshops with free registration. Students and Veterans have access to the Exhibition Hall & Career Fair to meet agency recruiters from various federal agencies and the military services (Army, Navy, US Coast Guard, etc.).

Q. How do I join the virtual event? 

All Attendees will receive an email with their login info. 

Q. What is the registration cost?

The cost for FAPAC members is $295, and non-members is $495.  The cost for exhibitors is $700.  All levels of sponsors include an exhibitor's booth.  Students and Veterans can attend the free Student and Veterans programs on their respective days. 

Q. How do I ask my supervisor for approval to attend?

Requesting approval to attend a training doesn't have to be a difficult task. Download our Approval Toolkit to get the conversation going (includes pre-filled SF-182, NLTP flyer, and sample justification letter)!

Join us as a speaker, volunteer, sponsor, or exhibitor!
  • VOLUNTEER: Volunteers are a critical part of the NLTP's success! Sign-up online to select the team and day you would like to volunteer.

  • EXHIBITOR: Showcase your agency and recruit the best talent during our Career Fair & Exhibitor hall.

Q. When does registration end?

Registration will close on May 6, 2022.  Registrants that have made full payment will receive additional information and link to access the 2022 NLTP.  If you have any questions or issues, please email registration@fapac.org.

Q. What events are included in the registration? 

When you register for the full program, you can attend all of the plenary sessions, workshops, and events in the agenda including:  Opening Ceremony, Uniformed Services Awards, and Civilian Awards.
