WASHINGTON, D.C. – Each year in May, the Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC) hosts the National Leadership Training Program (NLTP) to train government employees in leadership, diversity, and inclusion and to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month. We regret to inform you that the 2020 NLTP on May 11-14, 2020 is cancelled due to the increasing risks associated with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

As much as FAPAC would like to host the NLTP again, it is no longer possible under the current circumstances. The health and safety of all FAPAC Members, Attendees and Sponsors remains our top priority and the decision to cancel this year’s NLTP did not come lightly. Attendees who have registered for the NLTP have been notified of the cancellation and next steps.

FAPAC will continue other programming including the Career Development Mentoring ProgramFAPAC Awards, 35th Anniversary Celebration, and the upcoming elections for the FAPAC National Board of Directors. Sign up for FAPAC’s mailing list or become a Member to receive the latest news and program updates.
