FAPAC welcomes professionals from the military, government, and private sectors to leverage the NLTP for your business and networking goals. Breaks are designed to give attendees a chance to connect with a potential partner or employer at the Exhibition.
Table assignments will be provided to all Exhibitors by April 30, 2024. Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis after the Exhibitor has completed and fully paid for their registration. FAPAC reserves the right to rearrange the Exhibit area floor plan as needed.

1. Registration Information
Exhibitor - $2,000: Quarter page advertisement in program book (finalized by deadline) and your logo on NLTP print/online media
Exhibitors will need to check-in at the Registration table to receive their exhibitor badges. Registration will be open from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, May 6 and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Tuesday through Thursday, May 7 - 9. Please email registration@fapac.org if you have questions or if your registration changes.
2. Booth Set Up
- Monday, May 6, 2024: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm | For earlier times, coordinate with nltp@fapac.org
- Tuesday, May 7, 2024: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
The exhibit area will be located in the National Conference Center located at 18665 Conference Center Dr. Leesburg, VA 20176. Each booth set-up includes one table (6 ft), tablecloth, and two chairs. You may bring pop-up banners, tabletop displays, and promotional swag. Access to electrical outlets may be provided upon request and availability. Additional charges may apply for special set-ups outside of this basic package. FAPAC and the National Conference Center are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. Exhibit Hours
The exhibitor area will be open from 8 am to 5 pm from Tuesday through Thursday. Breaks are included in the agenda to provide time for Exhibitors and attendees to network.
4. Booth Dismantle
Please bring return shipping labels with tracking numbers for your return shipments. The conference center does not provide boxes, tape, etc. Arrangements for all return shipping should be done prior to your departure through the National Conference Center’s Business Center. FAPAC and the National Conference Center are not responsible for dismantling/packing/shipping your exhibit material.

6. Cancellation
Cancellation requests received by April 15 will be honored less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after April 15, 2024. Please email registration@fapac.org if you have questions or need to change your registration.
7. Shipping Instructions
Please ship your materials to arrive no later than Friday, May 3, 2024. All shipments & deliveries must be addressed in the following format:

All INCOMING shipments must be PREPAID. The National Conference Center will NOT accept C.O.D or freight collect deliveries.

All OUTGOING shipments must have a PREPAID label and/or account number for a preferred shipping company must be provided.
The National Conference Center or FAPAC accept no responsibility for storage or security of any items that have been provided by an outside vendor. All vendors must remove all their equipment & supplies at the end of their event.
8. Additional Exhibitor Information
All displays, exhibits and equipment must enter the conference center through the loading dock. Delivery time must be coordinated with the conference center in advance. Under no circumstance is any exhibitor allowed to attach to the walls and ceilings. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all exhibits, display booths, equipment, and associated materials are removed when they depart the NLTP.
9. Insurance & Liability
Liability is the responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility for all claims, losses and damages to persons or property caused by exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of FAPAC or by the sole negligence of the National Conference Center, its employees or agents. Insurance is to be secured at the exhibitor’s own expense.
