The federal government has an impact on the lives of every American. If you are interested in making a difference and building a rewarding career, then pursuing a career in the federal government might be right for you. This session will feature panelists from various agencies who will share their experiences working in the federal agencies.

S2 Student Workshop

The Pathway to Federal Employment
3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Working as a Federal Employee is a rewarding experience with many opportunities for individual development as well as serving our communities. The Pathways Program offers federal internship and employment opportunities for current students, recent graduates and those with an advanced degree. Finding and applying for these great jobs can seem daunting. In this workshop, we will take the mystery out of USAJOBs.gov. Students will learn about the application process from start to finish, resume writing, and interview tips.
